Some things were accomplished when they were begun.

Calcifer 03:07
I know I'm supposed to be here with my fate in your hands. Believe me, I won't remain stuck in this place much longer (too much time spent waiting on a moment to arrive, but when it does, could you still eat these embers from my eyes?) A seal on my body that I can't relieve myself of, I'm asking for someone's help to break this contract for me.
3.
I want roots to twist years that sink into oak and pine. I lost so much time thinking back and rubbing dust from my eyes, but if the guest room goes untouched, I'll know it was you who put those blankets on my bed. (a piece of me slowly disappearing, what's left to give up? I'll go to bed if it won't make a difference with fond memories of this place).
4.
I don’t feel any pride in what I do, so I remain where I was before. I can't stand my life as it is now, and I guess I can't change anything around me.
