Set sail into uncharted waters. Travelling north northeast in search of bliss. Something I need to do on my own. Tidal waves build up, and crash down, destroying the ship I have built. Trying to keep myself above the water. Eyes glassed over, but no tears flow. I wanted a reason to escape myself. Holding onto wood from the wreckage. Tired, my eyes begin to close. Wondering, where will I drift off to?

I know I'm supposed to be here with my fate in your hands. Believe me, I won't remain stuck in this place much longer (too much time spent waiting on a moment to arrive, but when it does, could you still eat these embers from my eyes?)
A curse on my body that I can't relieve myself of, I'm asking for someone's help to break this contract for me.

I want roots to twist years that sink into oak and pine. I lost so much time thinking back and running. I lost so much time think band and rubbing dust from my eyes, but if the guest room goes untouched, I'll know it was you who put those blankets on my bed. (a piece of me slowly disappearing, what's left to give up? I'll go to bed if it won't make a difference with fond memories of this place).

Leaf crumple underneath your footsteps. You’re never too far behind me. My existence breaks your mold of order and purity. I am just another meal. Sin eater coil around me. Unhinge your jaw. Take bites out of me, until you are full. I hope my blood stain your mouth. I hope my bones remain stuck in between your teeth. Left incomplete because you view me as sin. There’s still enough left in this body left to create beauty.
